Refund & Returns Policy

How refunds work and the fastest way to reach us.

Instant digital delivery

Everything in the Barker's Dozen kit is a digital product โ€” downloadable recipe guides, printable templates, a calculator and bonus materials. Nothing is physically shipped, so there is nothing to post back. As soon as your payment clears, you get instant access on the confirmation screen and by email, with lifetime access on your phone, tablet or computer.

Your 14-day money-back guarantee

We stand behind the kit. If it isn't right for you โ€” for any reason at all โ€” just email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No hoops, no guilt trips. You keep anything you've already downloaded, and we part on good terms.

How to request a refund

Email support@diginook.click within 14 days of your purchase and include the email address you used at checkout and your order number (it's in your confirmation email). We review and process every request within 2โ€“3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Can't open your files?

If a download link won't load, a file looks broken, or your access email never arrived, reach out before anything else. Most access issues are fixed within minutes โ€” and if we somehow can't, you're still fully covered by the guarantee above.

Please email us before opening a dispute

If something isn't right, contact us first at support@diginook.click. We're a small team that reads every message, and we can almost always fix the issue โ€” or refund you โ€” faster than a bank or card dispute ever could, usually the same day.

A dispute can take weeks to resolve and locks your order while it's open. A quick email to us is the fastest route to your money back or your files fixed.

The rules

Terms of Service

By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Barker's Dozen digital products and website (the "Products"). By buying or using them, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't purchase or use the Products.

2. What we sell

We sell digital educational products โ€” recipe guides, printable templates, a calculator and bonus materials โ€” delivered instantly by download. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Your licence

When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use the Products. You may use the recipes and methods to make and sell your own dog treats. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense or publish the Product files themselves, or present the kit (in whole or in part) as your own.

4. Intellectual property

All content in the Products โ€” text, recipes, images, layouts and materials โ€” is owned by Barker's Dozen and protected by intellectual-property laws. Your licence does not transfer ownership.

5. No income or results guarantee

The Products provide education and tools only. We make no promise that you will earn any specific amount, or any income at all. Any figures or examples are illustrations, not guarantees. Your results depend on your effort, your market, your pricing and how you sell.

6. Dog safety & not veterinary advice

The Products are for making treats and are not veterinary or medical advice. You are responsible for checking that every ingredient is safe for the specific dog, and for consulting a veterinarian about allergies, medical conditions or special diets. You assume all risk for treats you make and sell.

7. Your legal responsibilities

Requirements for making and selling homemade food โ€” including cottage-food laws, licensing, labelling and food-safety rules โ€” vary by country, state and city, and can differ for pet treats. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the rules that apply to you before you sell.

8. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and may change at any time. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; by purchasing, you also agree to that provider's terms.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy above (14-day money-back guarantee).

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Products or website, including attempting to copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our content, interfering with the site, or using the Products for any unlawful purpose.

11. Third-party tools & links

The Products and site may reference or link to third-party tools and websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barker's Dozen will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Barker's Dozen harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Products, the treats you make or sell, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

15. Changes

We may update the Products and these Terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its "Last updated" date, is the current one.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller operates: [set your country/state here]. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
